Chocolate Crackles
Ingredients:
250g (1 block ) of Copha
4 Cups of Kellogg's Rice Bubbles
1 Cup Icing Sugar, sifted
3 tablespoons of Cocoa
1 Cup of desiccated Coconut.
Directions:
Melt the Copha in a saucepan over a low heat or in a microwave oven.
Mix the Rice Bubbles, Icing Sugar, Cocoa, Coconut and the melted Copha, until it is well combined.
Spoon the mixture evenly into 24 paper patty containers. Add 100s and 1000s as a decoration over the top of the mound.
Set in the refrigerator
